Downtown Miami apartment is designed in a minimalist approach, defines space to support focus, reflection, and well-being. An open floor plan accommodates a couple in their mid-thirties, with flexible domestic functions defined by curtains rather than fixed walls. These soft partitions allow the apartment to convert to open floor plan while maintaining even daylight throughout.
Furniture and lighting fixtures are by Natuzzi, Nendo, Naoto Fukasawa, Junya Ishigami, Lenka Ilic Studio, and Davide Groppi.
